What have you accomplished? * What I have accomplished is that we finished painting the some of the branches for the trees, and hopefully we can finished painting the flowers for the trees soon. What has gone wrong? * What has gone wrong is that we were suppose to paint on Thursday afterschool, but we need I need to do GSP, so we decided to painted on Friday lunch time, but we only got little time paint. What challenges have you faced? *What challenges have we faced is that painting the flowers for the trees is not easy, we need to always step backward to look at out pole. What have you learned through the process? *what have I learned through the process is that we learned how to paint flowers, but  is not that easy as we thought. How have your skills improved over the past week? *How have my skills improved over the past week is that I need to asked the teacher's opinion, so we can improve on our painting.   Are you on track for an on-time delivery? *Yes, we are on track for an on time delivery, but this week we didn't paint on Thursday afterschool, we painted on Friday lunch time. What adjustments need to be made on the timeline? * Our timeline is still the same meeting every Thursday after school. My next action is…. * My next action is to paint the background for the grasses, this week we didn't paint because we don't have time to paint, but we painted the flowers.

Rough ER (Endoplasm Reticulum)        Structure of rough ER- Rough ER has a binding site for ribosomes, which is called the translocon. Although ribosomes bind to the translocon, they do so only temporarily as they are regularly released from the membrane. A ribosome binds to the RER when a protein-nucleic acid forms in the cytosol, which is another cell component. Protein is processed in the ER lumen by a peptidase enzyme, which removes the original signal peptide. At this point, ribosomes may return to the cytosol. Beautify Our School   What have you accomplished?  * what I have accomplished this week is that we cleaned our pole, because we didn't get to paint this week.  What has gone wrong? * What has gone wrong that Mrs.Arriola is not here for this week, so they cancel the meeting.  What challenges have you faced? * What challenges have we faced that is we didn't have brushes and paint for us to paint, so we need to find some thing that we have to do.  What have you learned through the process? *What have we learned through the process that is we need to always clean our pole, or else the pole will be full of spider web.  How have your skills improved over the past week? * What have our skills improved over the past week that is we improve our cleaning skills, because cleaning is also an important part of painting.  Are you on track for an on-time delivery? * Yes, we are on track for an on-time delivery.  What adjustments need to be mad...
