What have you accomplished?
*What we have accomplished is that we painted the trees branches  and some background, also we have some new group mates that join our group.

 What has gone wrong?
* What has gone wrong is that when we are painting we didn't get enough paint, so we needed to run to the class to get more paint.

 What challenges have you faced?
*what challenges we have faced is that since we have new class mates , and we are not at the same level, so we are different job.

What have you learned through the process?
* what we have learned through the process is that the use the brushes to paint the background, after it dry there's some white spot, so we have to paint the background twice.

  How have your skills improved over the past week?
* what skills we have improved over the past week is that  painting skills,  we made more details on our painting.

  Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
* Yes, but we need to paint more.

  What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
* Our time adjustments are the same, we are meeting each others after school on Thursday. 

  My next action is….
*My next action is continue with our painting.

Rough ER (Endoplasm Reticulum)        Structure of rough ER- Rough ER has a binding site for ribosomes, which is called the translocon. Although ribosomes bind to the translocon, they do so only temporarily as they are regularly released from the membrane. A ribosome binds to the RER when a protein-nucleic acid forms in the cytosol, which is another cell component. Protein is processed in the ER lumen by a peptidase enzyme, which removes the original signal peptide. At this point, ribosomes may return to the cytosol. Beautify Our School   What have you accomplished?  * what I have accomplished this week is that we cleaned our pole, because we didn't get to paint this week.  What has gone wrong? * What has gone wrong that Mrs.Arriola is not here for this week, so they cancel the meeting.  What challenges have you faced? * What challenges have we faced that is we didn't have brushes and paint for us to paint, so we need to find some thing that we have to do.  What have you learned through the process? *What have we learned through the process that is we need to always clean our pole, or else the pole will be full of spider web.  How have your skills improved over the past week? * What have our skills improved over the past week that is we improve our cleaning skills, because cleaning is also an important part of painting.  Are you on track for an on-time delivery? * Yes, we are on track for an on-time delivery.  What adjustments need to be mad...
