What have you accomplished? *What we have accomplished is that we choose a pole that we wanted to paint on, we also have already paint a little on it. What has gone wrong? *What has gone wrong is that is wasn't as easy as we thought, when we paint on the pole the paint is very slippery, it made us very hard to paint. What challenges have you faced? *What challenges have we faced is that when we are mixing the paint it is not very evenly. What have you learned through the process? *What have we learned through the process is that we learned how to paint probably. How have your skills improved over the past week? * Our skills improved over the past week is that we improved our painting skill, it really helps us when we are painting. Are you on track for an on-time delivery? *I do not think that we are really on track for an on-time delivery, because we missed many days to do our project. What adjustments need to be made on the timeline? *We need more time to do our project. My next action is….
*My next action is we will be continue with our painting, hopefully we can catch on the days that we missed.

Rough ER (Endoplasm Reticulum)        Structure of rough ER- Rough ER has a binding site for ribosomes, which is called the translocon. Although ribosomes bind to the translocon, they do so only temporarily as they are regularly released from the membrane. A ribosome binds to the RER when a protein-nucleic acid forms in the cytosol, which is another cell component. Beautify Our School   What have you accomplished?  * what I have accomplished this week is that we cleaned our pole, because we didn't get to paint this week.  What has gone wrong? * What has gone wrong that Mrs.Arriola is not here for this week, so they cancel the meeting.  What challenges have you faced? * What challenges have we faced that is we didn't have brushes and paint for us to paint, so we need to find some thing that we have to do.  What have you learned through the process? *What have we learned through the process that is we need to always clean our pole, or else the pole will be full of spider web.  How have your skills improved over the past week? * What have our skills improved over the past week that is we improve our cleaning skills, because cleaning is also an important part of painting.  Are you on track for an on-time delivery? * Yes, we are on track for an on-time delivery.  What adjustments need to be mad...
